Inside a $45K week: how we rebuilt a gym's revenue engine from zero

When we met the team, the studio had a strong product and a full timetable, and almost no system underneath it. New leads landed in an inbox, a DM folder and the back of someone's mind. Follow-up happened when there was a spare five minutes, which meant it mostly did not happen at all.
The problem was never demand. It was that demand was leaking out the sides faster than it came in. So we did what we always do first: map the journey a lead actually takes, then close the gaps one by one.
From whiteboard to pipeline
We stood up a proper CRM pipeline with clear stages, automatic tagging on capture, and a speed-to-lead response that fires within minutes of an enquiry. Every source, paid, organic and referral, now flows into one place with the context attached.
Behind it sits a nurture sequence for the people who are interested but not ready, and a reactivation flow for the ones who went quiet. Nobody gets forgotten, because forgetting is no longer a human job.
The result
Within the first full month, the studio recorded its biggest revenue month ever, with a twelve-week average around $36K per week and a best week of $44.9K. The team did not work more hours. The system just stopped losing the money the old process was quietly giving away.
