We built them an entire CRM system from the ground up: lead capture and qualification, automated nurture across email and SMS, calendar and payment wiring, stage-by-stage pipeline hygiene, and a single live dashboard the owner could finally trust. The follow-up that used to depend on someone remembering now runs on automations in the background, day and night.
