Terms of Service
Last updated 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at anteai.co and the tools, forms and content we make available on it (the “Site”), operated by Ante AI Pty Ltd (ABN 24 697 697 500, ACN 697 697 500) (“Ante AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we do
Ante AI helps businesses design and build AI-powered revenue systems, automation infrastructure, and conversion-focused websites. The Site lets you learn about our work and get in touch, including through a free revenue audit, a “Build an AI” brief, and a booking tool.
2. The free tools are informational
Our audit, brief, and any figures, scores, examples or recommendations shown on the Site are provided for general information only. They are based on the details you give us and on general industry knowledge, are indicative rather than a professional opinion, and do not constitute financial, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract for services.
3. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
If we go on to work together, that engagement will be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, fees, and terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to the engagement, the agreement prevails.
4. No guarantee of results
Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, effort, and execution. Case studies and results described on the Site are examples of what has been achieved for specific businesses and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
- submit false information, or information you are not authorised to provide;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems;
- copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site or its content except as permitted below.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, animation, code, and the Ante AI name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own information and to evaluate our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Any ideas you share in a form may be used by us to prepare a proposal or response for you.
7. Third-party services
The Site relies on and links to third-party services (for example our booking calendar and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
10. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 9, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, and our total liability arising from the Site is limited to AUD $100.
11. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
14. Contact us
Questions about these Terms can be sent to future@anteai.com.au or by mail to PO Box 69, Coolangatta QLD 4225, Australia.
