Last updated 13 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ante AI Pty Ltd (ABN 24 697 697 500, ACN 697 697 500) (“Ante AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit anteai.co, submit one of our forms, or engage us for services. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our website or submitting your details, you consent to the practices described below.
1. The information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the free revenue audit, the “Build an AI” brief, a booking, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, your industry, information about your business (such as lead volumes, lead sources, tools you use, conversion figures and goals), the system you want built, and anything else you enter into a form or message.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we may collect technical and usage information such as your device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and any campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) attached to your link. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and follow up about your interest;
- prepare and deliver the outputs you request, such as your audit scorecard or build brief;
- provide, operate and improve our services and website;
- schedule and manage calls, meetings and the delivery of engagements;
- send you relevant updates or marketing where you have opted in or would reasonably expect it (you can opt out at any time);
- maintain our records and meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
3. AI processing
Our on-site assistant can answer off-script questions during the audit. To do this, the question you type may be sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models, and we ask you not to enter sensitive information into free-text fields.
4. When we disclose your information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can perform their function for us. These include:
- our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), where your enquiry and contact details are stored;
- our automation and workflow tooling (n8n), which moves your submission between systems;
- our email and notification providers (for example Resend and Google Workspace);
- our spreadsheet and record-keeping tools (Google);
- our website hosting and delivery providers (Vercel and Cloudflare);
- our AI provider (Anthropic) as described in section 3;
- professional advisers, or authorities where we are required or permitted by law.
If we are ever involved in a business sale or restructure, your information may be disclosed to the relevant party subject to confidentiality.
5. Overseas disclosure
Several of the providers above are located outside Australia, including in the United States. When we disclose your information to an overseas provider we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs. By submitting your details you consent to this overseas disclosure.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your progress in a form, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if you disable them.
7. Marketing and your choices
Where we send you electronic marketing, we do so in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing us. We will action your request promptly.
8. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including through the security controls of the reputable providers we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is generally no charge, though we may recover reasonable costs for larger requests.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have breached your privacy, please contact us first and we will work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
11. Third-party links
Our site and communications may link to third-party websites and tools (such as our booking calendar). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
