Your CRM is leaking revenue. Here's exactly where.

A leaking pipeline rarely feels like a crisis, because nothing dramatic happens. Leads just quietly stop replying, and revenue that should have closed simply never shows up. Here is where it usually goes.
Leak one: slow first response
The odds of a lead converting drop sharply with every hour you take to reply. If your first response is measured in hours or days, you are handing warm leads to whoever answers first.
Leak two: no systematic follow-up
One or two attempts and then silence is the default in most businesses. The deals live in the fourth, fifth and sixth touch, which almost never happen when follow-up depends on memory.
Leak three: nurture that goes nowhere
Leads who are not ready today are not lost, unless you let them go cold. Without a nurture that keeps you top of mind, you spend to acquire attention and then let it evaporate.
The last two, unclear conversion tracking and manual handoffs that drop context, are less visible but just as expensive. Fix the five and most businesses find the growth they were about to pay for in ads was sitting in the pipeline the whole time.
